Lauren currently practices in the area of family law. She understands that her clients come to her at challenging times and with complex needs. She works hard to find the most efficient solution to dynamic problems, and she does so in a cost-effective manner to obtain the results her clients need.
Lauren received her B.S. in psychology from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2006, and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2013. Prior to joining Melchert Hubert Sjodin, Lauren practiced law at a private firm in Minneapolis, where she worked with families with special needs, primarily in the areas of family law and guardianship. She later practiced law as an assistant county attorney, where she prosecuted criminal offenses on behalf of the State. Her prior legal experience has afforded her the opportunity to become a skilled litigator and trial attorney. As such, she is a zealous advocate for her clients.
Lauren is currently the Vice President of the Eighth Judicial Bar Association and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
