New wage theft law effective July 1st. Know the details to protect your business.
Effective today, July 1, 2019, Minnesota’s new Wage Theft Law goes into effect, except for the provisions of the new law that amend Minnesota Statutes Sec. 609.52 (criminal wage theft and sanctions) which provisions go into effect August 1, 2019.
